“Sometimes the loudest applause you will ever receive… must come from within.”
The journey of a solopreneur is not for the faint-hearted. It’s brave, beautiful, messy, and often… lonely. There are no fixed hours, no team cheering you on, and no guaranteed results. You are your own motivator, manager, critic, and biggest supporter. All rolled into one.
Trust me when I say this. I have lived it.
The ups and downs. The endless self-doubt. The quiet victories no one sees.
The constant inner dialogue, “Am I doing enough?” “Is this even working?” “Should I just stop?”
And yet, every single time, something within whispers, “Not yet. Try once more.”
That’s the thing about walking this path alone. It teaches you resilience in its purest form.
Be Your Own Angel
Yes, we all crave someone to notice our efforts, to say, “I see you.”
If you have someone who does that, you are blessed.
But if you don’t, then also that’s okay too.
Because you can be that person for yourself.
Be the one who says, “You did well today.”
Be the one who looks in the mirror and smiles, even when the world forgets to notice.
Be the one who celebrates the effort, not just the outcome.
Structure, Strategy, and Self-Compassion
On this journey, one thing I have realised is that passion alone is not enough.
You need structure. You need boundaries. You need to know when to pause and when to push.
Take those tiny steps. The ones that seem invisible now but form the foundation of your growth.
Hold space for your own emotions.
Accept your pace.
And keep moving. One honest effort at a time.
As Shri Sohanlal Dwivedi Ji’s poem goes, “Koshish karne walon ki kabhi haar nahi hoti.”
So here’s to one more koshish; one more step, one more sunrise, one more belief in yourself.
A Gentle Reminder
If no one told you today
You are doing enough.
You are growing, even if it’s not visible yet.
And yes, you deserve to be celebrated, not just for the destination you are heading towards, but for every single step you have taken so far.
So today, pause.
Look into your eyes in the mirror.
Say it out loud, “Well done. I am proud of you.”
Because celebrating self is not an act of ego. It’s an act of self-love.
And it’s the only applause that truly sustains you.
And now, it’s time we celebrate this spirit, together!
Block your calendar for 29th November, Saturday.
